Reclaimed Wood Available in a Variety of Finishes for Ceilings and Feature Walls
Customize your space with your own reclaimed wood feature wall or ceiling. These planks are precision milled to a 1/4 inch thick with a 5 inch or 4 inch face and varied lengths. Our planks are perfect for accent walls and ceilings in homes, offices, clubhouses, restaurants, hospitals, and more. These reclaimed wood boards are sold in just about any quantity and are available to homeowners, designers, architects, furniture builders, and design-build firms.
This reclaimed wood paneling is milled from FSC® Recycled 100% reclaimed wood from Wyoming snow fences that is certified GREENGUARD Gold for low chemical emissions. Get the barn wood and pallet wood look direct from us with no middleman. Unlike barn wood and reclaimed pallet wood our planks have no chemicals, no odors, low VOCs, and are insect-free. Plus, reclaimed snow fence wood is an ideal biophilic, carbon-negative, clean-air material for interior design.
Centennial Wood™ reclaimed wood bundles have pieces varying in length from 1′, 2′, 3′ to 4′ long pieces that will cover 20 square feet (48 lineal feet/1.858 square meters) in both the 5 inch and 4 inch wide packs. These planks are great for custom feature walls, ceilings, support post wraps, kitchen islands, and other DIY projects. This wood is naturally weathered so the coloring, texture, shading, will vary from board to board. Knots, nail holes, scrapes, and other imperfections are part of the charm of this reclaimed wood and are to be expected. The finishes above are also available in SHIPLAP, NICKEL GAP, and TONGUE AND GROOVE.
Centennial Woods participates in, and supports the USDA Forest Service’s Plant-a-tree Program to help reforest public areas that have suffered from drought, flood, fire, or infestations. The Forest Service accepts donations which are earmarked for planting seedlings in our National Forests wherever they are needed across the USA.
Starting in 2017, for every bundle of reclaimed wood that we sell online we will donate one seedling to the Forest Service’s program. So far, we have donated over 1,000 seedling trees, enough to cover nearly 4 acres. It’s a small way in which we work with the USDA to keep our forests healthy.
An Overlooked Architectural and Design Element Before Centennial Woods™ began reclaiming Wyoming snow fence the boards from the fences were either burned or thrown in a landfill when replaced. In 1999, Centennial Woods™ discovered the strength and beauty of Wyoming snow fence wood and vowed to repurpose it. By developing an international market for this sustainable and carbon-negative Wyoming resource Centennial Woods™ has repurposed more than 22.3 million feet of reclaimed wood (as of 2017) and avoided more than 18,000 tons of CO2 emissions as of 2017.
